Bee bread is a fantastic wonderfood or naturally occurring multi-vitamin that one researcher C. Leigh Broadhurst, Ph.D. (2005) says, “is a powerhouse — I would call it the ultimate nutraceutical” (p. 52).

Xtend-Life Bee PollenI’ve been taking bee pollen over 25 years. It’s fantastic and I’ve personally experienced great health benefits from it including more energy, better skin and increased libido.

So, I do recommend you take a bee supplement whether in granule form or as a manufactured pill or capsule.

The one I take is the best I’ve found on the market and is pharmaceutical grade quality made in a cGMP-compliant facility, but choose and study for yourself.
